Filling Pieces offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition. We strive to make the return process as seamless as our design philosophy, ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and tags, and ensure the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
